Closing date for all entries will be 16/12/24 at 5:00 PM ACDT

  1. The promoter is Allmake Mowers and more who’s registered 1078 South Rd, Edwardstown SA 5039.
  2. Employees of Allmake Mowers and more shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Entrants in the competition may enter once on facebook and once on Instagram. Entries that are offensive in nature will be excluded.
  5. Additional entries will be void
  6. This is a game of chance, the winner will be revealed from a random name selector.
  7. Entrants warrant that their entry in the Competition does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party nor breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA). The entrant indemnifies and will keep the Promoter and its associated agencies indemnified against any loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses or liability the Promoter and its associated agencies may suffer arising out of any breach by the entrant of this clause.
  8. To have a valid entry, all entrants MUST:
    • Follow us on Facebook or Instagram
    • Like the post
    • Mention a friend or friends who love their gardens 👫
    • Maximum of 2 entries per person: 1 for Facebook and 1 for Instagram.
  9. Closing date for all entries will be 16/12/24 at 5:00 PM ACDT, after this date and time no further entries to the competition will count towards the final prize.
  10. Eligibility:
    • Open to South Australian participants only.
    • Prize can only be redeemed in-store.
  11. Allmake Mowers and more reserve the right to moderate and exclude entries at their own discretion.
  12. The prizes for the winner are as follows:
    • $1000 to spend on STIHL products only redeemable at Allmake Mowers and More, 1078 South Rd, Edwardstown SA 5039 .
  13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  14. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. Winners will be chosen by Allmake Mowers and More marketing staff in accordance with the premise of the competition.
  16. The winner will be announced on 21/12/24 at 5:00 pm (ACDT)
  17. The winner will be contacted by Allmake Mowers Official Facebook Page or Instagram Page via Direct Message for details.
  18. If the valid winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her first name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry by Allmake Mowers and More.
  21. All prizes must be collected from the store, we do not offer delivery.
  22. All entrants agree to the use of his/her name and entry in any publicity material by Allmake Mowers and More.
  23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Allmake Mowers and More and no other party.
  24. This competition is open to South Australian residents only aged 18 and over.
  25. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
